28 Km Training Run – Saturday 21 January 2017.
We will be doing a 28km run from the club.
Non members welcome
Run will start at 04:30am and hopefully we will be back in time for the parkrun
Route description
From the club up with Davison Lane all the way up to Kitefish road
Right into Karanteen, Right into Anglers Rod, Left into Knorhaanbaai, Right into Porpoise Passage
Left into Octupus Arm, Right into Nondi Leep, Left into Krewelkring, Right into Kolstertkring
Right into Pelserplaat, Left into Seilvis, Right into Kolstertkring, Right into Angles Rod (rbm road)
Right into Loodvislyn, Left into Kolstertkring, Right into Krewelkring, Right into Mullet Leap
Left into Mako Deep, Right into Marlynhoek, Right into Krewelkring, Right into Grunter Gully
Right into Garrick Rise, Then through Forrelly Alley, Onto Via Richardia, Right into Essenwood Way
Left into Eastern Central Arterial, Left into Albizia Ave, Right into Via Richardia, Right into Saligna
Left into the R619, Left into the R34 John Ross, Right towards the Habour gate
At the Habour Gate turn left towards the steel bridge, Over the steel bridge take the dirt road back to the club

Run will start at 04:30am and hopefully we will be back in time for the parkrun.
Route description
From the club turn left onto dirt road
Run over steel bridge and turn right towards Harbour Gate
Cross the road and onto dirt road next to harbour fence
At end of dirt road cross Bullion Blvd and run with Harbour Arterial till it crosses the John Ross
Then run with Alumina Alley till it become Chalk Line
Then turn left into Dollar Drive and left into Drachma road
Go passed the PB Garage and the turn left into Bullion Blvd
Turn right into Gulden Gracht and then right into Via Cassiandra
Turn right into the R619 and then left onto the John Ross towards Meerensee
Turn left into Bream Hill and then left into Anglers Rod all the way to the Total Garage
Then onto Karanteen road and left into Kitfish road and left into Krewelkring
Then left into Hibbert Drive then left into Launder Lane and the right into Davidson Lane and the back to ZMSC
Water Points @ 7km, 11km, 15km, 22km and at ZMSC.

Run Training
We will be doing a 18 – 20km (depending on time) from the club on Saturday 17 December 2016.
Non members welcome
Run will start at 05:00am and we will be back in time to run the parkrun.
Walk Training
We will be taking, anyone who would like to join, out for a morning walk. Distance will be between 5km and 10km depending on the fitness level of the group.
The walk will start at 07h30 am from the club every Tuesday and Thursday Morning.
Non Members are also welcome.
